Expeditions - The King And I At The Chicago Lyric Opera

Join friends of Northern Public Radio for an unforgettable Expedition experience to the Chicago Lyric Opera production of The King and I on Sunday, May 8th at 1:30 PM.

- DeKalb passengers board the shuttle bus at 8:45 AM near the Egg Haven parking lot in DeKalb.

- Rockford adventurers board their charter coach at 9 AM in the southeast corner of Cherryvale Mall (south of Sears).

- Following a short stop to pick up the DeKalb group, the coach proceeds to Navy Pier. Here everyone will have time to wander the newly renovated pier and grab lunch at a restaurant of their choice.

- After lunch we point our coach towards the Lyric Opera for the 1:30 show. We’ll load the bus for our return trip immediately after the show (tentatively 4 PM).
