DeKalb, IL – Tomorrow's the day voters decide who will finish out the term of former Congressman Dennis Hastert. The candidates and their parties have spent millions on the contentious race already... and residents of the 14th district have been bombarded with glossy mailings, phone calls, back-to-back TV and radio commercials, as well as visits by supporters.
Today, in the second in our series of candidate profiles, we'll look past all of that to see what the voters can expect if they select Republican Jim Oberweis or Democrat Bill Foster as their next Congressman. WNIJ's Susan Stephens reports:
