The Beloit International Film Festival

DeKalb, IL – The 4th Annual Beloit International Film Festival gets underway tonight (2/19/09) runs through the weekend. More than 150 films will be shown throughout the city. WNIJ's Guy Stephens spoke with the festival's executive director, Rod Beaudoin (BOE-dwin). Guy began by asking him to describe the purpose of the festival:
