WNIJ news – The man accused in a DeKalb County cold case has agreed to return to Illinois to face charges. At a court hearing in Seattle Wedneaday morning, Jack McCullough waived his right to fight extradition. His stepdaughter, Janey O'Connor, says the sooner he gets back to Illinios, the sooner he can clear his name. The 71-year-old McCullough was recently arrested for the 1957 murder of Maria Ridulph. The young girl was found dead several months after she was abducted near her Sycamore home.
