DeKalb, IL – People affected by September's floods who procrastinated and missed the December 2nd deadline to apply for disaster relief are getting a break. The federal government has moved the deadline to December 16th. Officials are urging the public to take advantage of the opportunity. WNIJ's Guy Stephens reports:
