DeKalb, IL – If you didn't say it yourself, you certainly heard it...the question of the day. "Did you feel it?" The earthquake, that is. A magnitude 3.8 quake shook northern Illinois awake around 4 this morning. The epicenter of the smallish quake was near Gilberts, in northern Kane County.
