Fat Breathed Out Of Body During Exercise

Fat can be breathed out as carbon dioxide as well as burned off. That’s according to astudy in the British Medical Journal.

Resultsfrom the study show lungs are the primary excretory organ for weight loss.

Researchers say people still need to huff and puff with exercise to keep slim; hyperventilating by itself won’t do the trick.
