Chicago, IL – In the Governor's race, most of the debate on education has focused on how to fund Illinois schools. Democrat Rod Blagoyevich wants to raise billions of dollars for schools by selling or leasing the Lottery. This morning, we'll examine the plans offered by Republican Judy Baar Topinka and Green Party candidate Rich Whitney.
