DeKalb, IL – Republican Dennis Hastert says he'll retire from Congress before the end of the year. He leaves behind a long legacy in both Illinois and U-S politics. Hastert was the Speaker of the House longer than any other Republican in history. He also leaves behind victories over eleven Democratic opponents. WNIJ's Tony Arnold reports on Hastert's power in Illinois' 14th Congressional District and the Democrats who have gone up against him.
