DeKalb, IL – The holidays are a busy time. That's especially true for NIU Choral Director Eric Johnson. Friday, December 5th, in Rockford, he led the Bach and NIU Chamber Choirs in a Holiday Concert presented by the Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center at Court Street United Methodist Church. Sunday, December 7th, he directed several choirs for NIU's Annual Holiday Concert in Boutell Memorial Concert Hall. Sunday, December 14th, it's back to Rockford for Bach Chamber Choir's Christmas Concert at First Lutheran Church. WNIJ's Guy Stephens spoke to Johnson recently. He began with the concert at NIU.
