DeKalb, IL – Monday, August 29, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon for the Illinois Fiber Resources Group, or iFiber for short. The public/private project will create a broadband network covering nine counties in northwest Illinois . John Lewis chairs the project. He spoke with WNIJ's Guy Stephens
