17th Congressional District:

  • Bobby Schilling (R,incumbent): 115,376 (47%)
  • Cheri Bustos (D):     131,381  (53%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)

16th Congressional District:

  • Adam Kinzinger (R, incumbent):     177,621  (59%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)
  • Wanda Rohl (D):     121,652  (41%)

14th Congressional District:

  • Randy Hultgren (R, incumbent):     173,882  (58.8%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)
  • Dennis Anderson (D):     121,652  (41.2%)

11th Congressional District:

  • Judy Biggert (R, incumbent):     94,998  (42%)
  • Bill Foster (D):     130,045  (58%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)

8th Congressional District:

  • Joe Walsh (R, incumbent):     98,812  (45%)
  • Tammy Duckworth:     119,470  (55%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)

6th Congressional District:

  • Peter Roskam (R, incumbent):     190,438  (59%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)
  • Leslie Coolidge (D):     130,954  (40.7%)

State's Attorney Races:

DeKalb County:

  • Clay Campbell (R, incumbent):     19,124  (49%)
  • Richard Schmack (D):     19,876  (51%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)

Winnebago County:

  • Glen Weber (R):     47,738  (43%)
  • Joe Bruscato (D, incumbent):    62,987  (57%)  (PROJECTED WINNER)

Illinois Public Pension Amendment:  "If you believe the Illinois Constitution should be amended to require a three-fifths majority vote in order to increase a benefit under any public pension or retirement system, you should vote YES on the question.  If you believe the Illinois Constitution should not be amended to require a three-fifths majority vote in order to increase a benefit under any public pension or retirement system, you should vote NO on the question.  Three-fifths of those voting on the question or a majority of those voting in the election must vote "YES" in order for the amendment to become effective on January 9, 2013."

  • YES:     2,145,145  (56%)
  • NO:       1,688,459  (44%)

Rockford School District Bond Issue: "Shall the Board of Education of Rockford School District 205, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois, build and equip additions to and alter, repair and equip school buildings, acquire one or more sites, improve sites and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $139,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?”

  • YES:     43,357  (64%)
  • NO:       24,510  (36%)
