DeKalb, IL – Governor Rod Blagojevich's indictment raises a number of important questions for Illinois - such as "Will the Governor be impeached," and "What would impeachment proceedings look like?" For answers, WNIJ's Dan Klefstad turned to Robert Rich - director of the University of Illinois' Institute of Government and Public Affairs. Rich is an expert on the Illinois constitution.
