DeKalb – This fall, voters in the Kishwaukee College district will be asked to approve a bond issue to help pay for campus improvements. The college serves 11,000 students from DeKalb, Kane, LaSalle, Lee, Ogle, Winnebago and Boone counties. President Tom Choice has a number of improvements he wants to make. He discusses them with WNIJ's Dan Klefstad.
