NIU's cash crisis hurts some who sell to the university

DeKalb, IL – In any given year, officials at Northern Illinois University contract with about 10-thousand local, regional, and national vendors. The university signs purchasing agreements with these businesses to supply NIU staff and students with everything from hygiene products to health insurance. WNIJ's Christopher Hosken examines how NIU's cash crisis is trickling down to its vendors.
