Geneva, IL – There WON'T be a Hastert representing the 14th Congressional District any time soon. Republican voters chose State Senator Randy Hultgren over Ethan Hastert in yesterday's primary. Hultgren now goes on to face Congressman Bill Foster this Fall in the race for the seat Hastert's father held for two decades. WNIJ's Susan Stephens reports:
