Racial factor tied to Chief Grady probe

DeKalb, IL – Officials at Northern Illinois University have received a final report from an independent panel, set-up to examine misconduct allegations against campus police chief, Donald Grady. University officials aren't saying when they might arrive at a decision about what to do, if anything, to Grady.
