The City of Rockford is again offering a program to help homeowners with property clean-up. Eligible residents must have been cited with a current property code violation, but can't complete the work due to age, disability or income.
Eligible homeowners and interested crew members may pick up applications at the Community Services Division of the City of Rockford Human Services Department, 555 N. Court St., Suite 301 or contact 815-967-4038 for application information. Applications are due by 5:00pm Monday, June 30.
