Sleeping Habits May Be Genetic

How much sleep you get each night may depend on your genes.

That’s according to a new study published in Molecular Psychiatry.

The findings suggest certain genetic variations could cause sleep problems. It could also shed light on how certain genes affect conditions such as ADHD and diabetes.
