Elgin, IL – America's small businesses often have a tough time finding affordable health insurance for their few employees. Democrats in Washington say that's why the healthcare overhaul included tax credits for small companies willing to buy insurance for their workers. But the fine print has many struggling to understand whether they qualify. WNIJ's Christopher Hosken attended a Small Business Resource Fair this week and filed this report.
