Soggy Finish For Illinois Farmers

Illinois farmers ended the season with wet fields.

This is the final weekly Crop Progress and Condition report for 2015. Weekly reports resume again in April.

Statewide, precipitation averaged 1.48 inches, 0.58 inches above normal.
The average temperature was 41.0 degrees, 3.8 degrees above normal.
There were 1.9 days suitable for fieldwork for the week ending November 29.
Winter wheat condition was rated 1 percent very poor, 5 percent poor, 27 percent fair, 55 percent good, and 12 percent excellent.
