Tough Year For IEMA Director

The director of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency admits it's been a tough year on the job. In the past year alone, Jonathon Monken has led Illinois' response to massive flooding, deadly tornadoes and cold snaps. Monken said he learned to stay calm in these situations while serving in the military.
