DeKalb, IL – The Citizen's Utility Board, or CUB, has condemned ComEd's proposal to increase its rates. ComEd wants to raise rates 20 percent, starting in 2007. CUB's executive director, Dave Kolata, talks with WNIJ's Dan Klefstad.
