Win Or Lose, Huskies Stand By Their Team

Northern Illinois University’s football team came up short last night in their first appearance in one of the nation’s top bowl games. The Huskies lost to the Florida State Seminoles 31 to 10 in the Orange Bowl. 

Students and alumni who couldn’t make it to the game in Miami gathered in bars and restaurants across northern Illinois. And as WNIJ’s Susan Stephens reports, the loss isn’t diminishing their support for their team.
