Wisconsin Grocers Push For Selling Beer On Tap

The Wisconsin Grocers Association is pushing to allow customers to get fresh beer on tap at grocery stores.

Most grocery stores in the state have a license allowing them to sell packaged alcohol. The association wants to let customers refill half-gallon glass containers, known as growlers, at stores.

There is no current legislation in Wisconsin. But the grocers association is asking state residents to voice their opinion on their website.
