The average Illinois price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.49. This is ten cents cheaper than last week. 

The state's most expensive gas can be found in the City of Chicago, at $2.91 per gallon. By contrast, AAA reports the cheapest gas is in Springfield, at $2.29 per gallon. 

Rockford's average price is $2.47 per gallon. This is 7 cents cheaper than last week.

The average Illinois price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.40. This is three cents cheaper than last week's average. 

AAA reports the most expensive gas is in the City of Chicago, at $2.72 per gallon. By contrast, the cheapest gasoline is available in Danville, at $2.16 per gallon. Rockford's average per-gallon price is $2.31, which is one cent cheaper than last week.

The average Illinois price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.32. This is 3 cents more expensive than last week. 

AAA reports the most expensive gas can be found in the City of Chicago, at $2.69 per gallon.  Meanwhile, Springfield has the cheapest gas, at $2.03 per gallon.  

Rockford's average price is $2.18 per gallon. That's 1 cent cheaper than last week.

You may have noticed you paid less at the pump this weekend. 

The price of a gallon of regular is down about 6 cents in Illinois compared to a week ago according to AAA. It's $2.36 per gallon, which is about two cents higher than the national average.

Rockford drivers enjoyed a nearly five cent drop in prices since last Monday, paying an average of $2.29 a gallon. That still isn't close to the cheapest fill-ups in the state: It's $2.09 in Champaign/Urbana.

The average Illinois price for a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.43.  This is six cents cheaper than last week's average, according to AAA.  

The state's most expensive gas can be found in the City of Chicago, at $2.80 per gallon.  By contrast, Springfield has the cheapest gas, at $2.26.   

Rockford's average price is $2.35 per gallon.  This is 3 cents cheaper than last week's average.
