The Sycamore History Museum will be hosting their annual Winter Fundraiser on February 17, 2017. They will have special guest Brian “Fox” Ellis portraying the legendary John Deere who moved to Illinois and invented the first commercially successful steel plow in 1837. Guests will have a chance to test their knowledge on John Deere with a trivia game, and enjoy tasty desserts from that time period. In addition to that there will be silent auction items, and this event is sponsored by First Midwest Bank.
