The Illinois Supreme Court announced the additions of DeKalb, Lake and Kendall. Sheley of Sterling.</p><p>Defense attorney Jeremy Karlin, of Galesburg, will ask Rock Island Circuit Judge F. Kilbride announced the action Saturday during an address to the Illinois News Broadcasters Association convention in Macomb.
