Rockford, IL – The Janet Wattles Center in Rockford is one of those service providers in limbo as we enter the new state fiscal year. The center coordinates mental health services for people in the Rockford area: it serves 45-hundred adults and 25-hundred children each year. We asked the Janet Wattles Center's president and CEO Frank Ware for his assessment of how the state's financial crisis will affect people with mental illness in the coming fiscal year:
