Dealing with the 14th District Special Election

DeKalb, IL – Voters in the 14th congressional district went to the polls Saturday, March 8th, to fill the vacancy left by Dennis Hastert's resignation. Sharon Holmes is the DeKalb County Clerk. In a career that spans decades, she says this is the first Saturday election she's ever had to run. WNIJ's Guy Stephens spoke to her the Thursday before about the special election, beginning with why it was necessary.
