Foster wins Congressional seat

St. Charles, IL and Aurora, IL – Democrat Bill Foster beat Republican Jim Oberweis in Saturday's special election in the 14th Congressional District. That means he'll head to Washington, D.C. to finish former Congressman Dennis Hastert's unexpired term.
