DeKalb, IL – Ground was recently broken for a new medical facility in DuPage County. The non-profit 159-million-dollar Northern Illinois Proton Treatment and Research Center is the first facility of its kind in the state. W-N-I-J's Christopher Hosken explains how proton therapy works, and introduces us to someone who has used it.
