What do you believe? Edward R. Murrow's 1950s radio program famously shared many Americans' compelling answers to that question. Northern Illinois University gives you a chance to hear from one of the creative forces behind the recent revival of Murrow's "This I Believe" essay project. Editor and producer, Dan Gediman will speak at the Student Center's Sandberg Auditorium in DeKalb, September 18th and 19th, discussing the philosophy and impact of this national campaign. WNIJ listeners are invited to write and share your own "This I Believe" essay as part of NIU's Common Reading Experience program.
