Springfield, IL – The Illinois EPA was the focus of a recent Chicago Tribune article. It claimed that political infighting got in the way of fighting polluters. Agency director, Doug Scott, was mentioned numerous times in the story. He's now facing criticism from other top officials in state government. The former Rockford Mayor discussed the matter with WNIJ's Mike Moen:
