Madeleine Libman exists on a farm with her family -- including parents who teach at Northern Illinois University.
She enjoys tending to the family flock of chickens and bottle feeding motherless calves in the spring.
She is a student at Byron Middle School and plays the cello with the Rockford Suzuki Academy.
Reading and writing are two of her favorite activities.
