Naperville, IL – A new law recently approved by a Chicago suburb has brought attention to one man's decade-long protest against city hall. Many call him homeless...but he says his street tent is a way of demonstrating against the city. This new ordinance will force him to take his message elsewhere. WNIJ's Mike Moen reports:
