New Research Suggests Why Some Suffer From Winter Blues More Than Others

New research confirms why some people suffer from the winter blues.

A University of Copenhagen studyfound people with Seasonal Affective Disorder show significant seasonal differences in the way they regulate serotonin, affects mood. The findings came from a series of brain scans conducted on study participants.

The work will be presented during a Berlin conference hosted by the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology. The conference was held from Saturday until Tuesday.
