DeKalb, Illinois – In Washington, D-C, Illinois Senator Dick Durbin and 14th District Congressman Bill Foster are campaigning hard for ethanol. Both Democratic lawmakers want the Environmental Protection Agency to raise the amount of ethanol in gasoline from 10 to 15-percent. While area ethanol producers and many corn farmers favor the hike, some believe it would be a big mistake. WNIJ's Christopher Hosken reports.
