Preliminary Report Issued in Helicopter Crash

Investigators have issued a preliminary report into the fatal medical helicopter crash earlier Dec. 10 near Rochelle. The NTSBreport says the pilot notified the dispatch center about weather conditions and said he was aborting the flight. No further communications were received.
