The first Rockford Psych Fest took place Friday, August 21st. The event was organized by local musician, Josh Weidman.

It featured performances by Rockford natives, The Young Minds, and Tundras, as well as Moss Folk from Milwaukee, The Plastic Crimewave Syndicate of Chicago, and Djin Aquarian of Mt. Shasta, CA. Approximately 250 people were in attendance.
