Gov. Pat Quinn announced road and airport construction projects in seven northern Illinois counties worth more than $8 million.
The approved projects include a detention basin at DeKalb’s airport and pavement patching and resurfacing on Interstate 39. The projects are part of the Illinois Jobs Now! construction program.
