State of the State Reaction

Governor Pat Quinn used his State of the State address to outline proposals he says would boost Illinois' economy. The governor's plan includes various tax cuts. He also proposed an increase in education spending.
The governor did mention some of the state's budget problems, including pension obligations and rising Medicaid costs. But, lawmakers say he didn't talk enough about Illinois' fiscal mess. WNIJ's Susan Stephens has more:
