DeKalb, IL – Later this morning, longtime U-S Congressman Dennis Hastert will finally say if he's retiring or seeking re-election. The Republican*s long political career has taken him from the Illinois State House to being the third most powerful person in the country. As WNIJ's Tony Arnold reports, that power can bring out intense feelings in both supporters and opponents.
